Lately I've been using YAC reader and library. Instead of Simple Comic. YAC is buggy though and UI not truly designed for Mac users. But the image quality seems to be superior. And I like the library feature to help me track what I've read. I read bad things about ComicBook Lover being unstable and not working with Mac OS X Mavericks - I am running Mac OS X Yosemite and I found Simple Comic and read good things about this program. Even though it is free, I donated money to support the developer and as a way to say thank you.
